پاکستان کی انجینئرنگ یونیورسٹیوں کے داخلہ ٹیسٹ — ایک ہی جگہ، بالکل مفت

Tayarri is a free preparation hub for Pakistani university entry tests. It covers NUST NET, UET ECAT, GIKI, FAST-NU, NED, PIEAS and COMSATS/NTS with 6,000+ verified MCQs across FSc Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and English. Each topic has ten adaptive tests pitched one step harder than the real paper, followed by full-length mocks — and no question repeats across universities.

How Tayarri prepares you

Test-first, not a four-month course

You already studied FSc for two years. Instead of re-teaching it, we find your weak topics, drill them above exam level, then rehearse the real paper.

Diagnose

Take the first test of each topic to see where you stand. Strong topics are skipped automatically.

Climb the ladder

Ten tests per topic. Difficulty rises after two right answers and drops after a wrong one. Score 90% and skip a rung.

Learn from mistakes

Every question has a worked solution. A topic below 60% opens its learn card before the next test unlocks.

Sit full mocks

Timed papers built to each university's pattern and marking rules, from a separate pool per university.

Patterns below are for BS Engineering and Computing in the 2026 cycle. Universities can change them each session, so confirm on the official site before you register.

8-week plan

How to prepare after FSc — one hour a day

Works for any combination of NET, ECAT, GIKI, FAST, NED and PIEAS.

Weeks 1–2

Find your gaps

  • Take test 1 of every Maths, Physics and English topic.
  • Note each topic below 60% — that is your queue.
  • Add Chemistry if you sit ECAT, NED or PIEAS.
Weeks 3–6

Climb the ladders

  • Two topic tests a day, weakest topic first.
  • Read every explanation, including ones you got right.
  • Calculus, Trigonometry and Mechanics before anything else.
Weeks 7–8

Rehearse the paper

  • Two full timed mocks a week in your target pattern.
  • Practise skipping under negative marking (FAST, ECAT if applied).
  • Revise only the topics the mocks expose.
Questions students ask

Entry test FAQ

What is the NUST NET pattern for engineering?

NUST NET for Engineering and Computing has 200 MCQs in 3 hours: Mathematics 100, Physics 60 and English 40, with no negative marking. NUST runs several NET series a year and counts your best attempt. Confirm the current pattern on nust.edu.pk.

What is the ECAT pattern?

UET ECAT has 100 MCQs: Mathematics 30, Physics 30, Chemistry or Computer Science 30, and English 10, each worth 4 marks (400 total). UET sets the marking rules each session, so check ecat.uet.edu.pk before the test.

What is the GIKI admission test pattern?

GIKI's engineering and computing test has 80 MCQs in about 120 minutes: Mathematics 30, Physics 30 and English 20, with no chemistry section and no negative marking.

What does the FAST-NU entry test cover?

For BS Computer Science and Engineering, FAST weights Advanced Mathematics 50%, Basic Mathematics 20%, Analytical Skills and IQ 20% and English 10%. There is negative marking and calculators are not allowed.

Can I prepare for NET, ECAT, GIKI and FAST at the same time?

Yes. About 80% of the syllabus is shared FSc Mathematics, Physics and English. On Tayarri you clear each shared topic once, then add Chemistry for ECAT, NED and PIEAS, and Analytical skills for FAST and NTS. You never see the same question twice across different universities' tests.

Is Tayarri entry test preparation free?

Yes. Topic tests, explanations and mocks are free with no login. Progress is saved in your browser and can be moved to another device with a sync code.

How long should I prepare for an engineering entry test?

Most students who have just finished FSc need 6 to 10 weeks of daily practice: two weeks of diagnostic topic tests, four to six weeks of topic ladders on weak areas, and the last two weeks on timed full-length mocks.
